Hi Guys,
I'm on macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 & My 9.7.iii Live version was working perfectly fine yesterday, and now every time I leave out of live & reopen information technology, it says "this authorization file is invalid on this calculator."

I tried everything from re-patching and total reinstall, and it always tell me that the license is invalid with this computer.

PLEASE HELP

Why the troll comments for a elementary question.. Seriously your people suck at trolling and best you can say is "did you contact support to see if your banned" how nigh you try the same with all croaky software... Seriously what was even the point wasting the time with such a dumb annotate. I'll repent if this was a sarcastic joke but these type of comments are becoming also common from people with no right to make them.
did you read @Pinkman southward post in this thread?
Make certain the .auz file & the script are in the Apps folder when you run them. Also reset permissions on the app, the .auz and the script.

Hi,
I'thou on macOS High Sierra ten.13.v and I endeavor to install nine.vii.3 Alive version and I get the same result every time that the file is invalid on my reckoner. I tried everything you said and information technology always says that. When yous said to reset permission on the app the aux and the script, do you mean to unlock the padlock ? I'g completely at a lost, everytime I effort to install Live I can't and frustrates me and so much. Tin can information technology be that the High Sierra and 9.vii.iii aren't compatible ?

nop, theres a few ways to reset permission of which this is probably the easiest:

Just drag/drib the files on in that location and 'reset'.
once more make certain the .auz file and the to be run final control (script) are in the Applications binder next to the Live app.
Ableton 9.10.x should run in High Sierra.

yoooo and then i was merely having this trouble with the ableton live 10 suite from R2R where the "file not valid for this computer" thing kept popping up when i tried to authorize Ableton Live 10 Suite and I realized this was happening considering i did not properly block the program from reaching out like they said to do in the note attached then how i fixed this:
1. Uninstall Ableton and everything that came with
2. Delete the previously attempted generated keys
three. Install Ableton Live 10 Suite all over once again and at the end of the installation MAKE Sure TO UNCHECK THE BOX THAT SAYS RUN THE PROGRAM Earlier YOU Press FINISH
4. After this open this link in your browser >>

in this video the guy explains how to properly block the programme from "reaching out" using its connectedness to the internet.
5. After Ableton Alive 10 Suite is blocked from the internet aka "reaching out" open up the plan and it should pop upward the authority tab
6. Click "No net connection on this device" (or however it goes) so yous tin authorize it offline.
seven. Save the displayed text that includes the hardware code to a note by clicking the "save" push the note should open automatically, if non, open up it manually through files explorer
eight. Run R2R's KeyGen and copy paste the hardware code from the note into the generator and click "Generate"

I've done that on my Pc simply it still doesn't work. Tin can someone please send a keygen for 9.1.1
For anyone who's still confused, I've figured information technology out. In that location is no way you tin authorize Ableton without replacing the .exe . I did everything @Dave McBoof suggested and it still didn't work. Replace the .exe and try to authorize without uninstalling. Guaranteed to work.

I can confirm this. No demand to reinstall.
Only re-create the cracked "Ableton Live ten Suite.exe" and replace the old one previously croaky.
Don't forget to turn off the automatic updates in Preferences > Licences Maintenance

I ve simply deleted Ableton application, and the installed information technology again, and opened it throw Autarisation file. Now information technology perfectly works! (MAC)

I've just uninstalled and cleaned out everything, reinstalled the plan and carefully followed all the instructions, making sure to replace the .exe file and be off the net, even so every time I try and to drag and drop the authorization keygen onto the program, it tells me the authorization is invalid on this computer. I've tried everything at this point and tin can't get it to work. Helpppp im on PC btw
What do yous mean by "clean upward everything"? Thee majority of time "the everything" people think of, it is not "everything at all" What did you practice?

Well I deleted everything Ableton related in my registry and all my temp files. I don't think that'due south where the problem is because the program is running fine and a whole lot of people seem to be having the same upshot as me. Some get it resolved by replacing the .exe file from the crack into the programme folder, however information technology'southward non changing anything for me as I've been doing that and post-obit the instructions.

Hi everyone I experience similar the reason my authorization file is not Val information technology is because I've already linked my hardware code to Ableton calorie-free. Is in that location anyhow to get a new hardware code or computer I hi everyone I feel similar the reason my authorization file is not valid is because I've already linked to my hardware code to Ableton lite so it knows that I don't actually own a re-create of ableton ten full version. sorry for necromancing this (although last mail service is from march). but since assumingly a couple of people are directed from google to notice this thread, I figured I'll share how to fix the outcome.
ane. make sure to follow dave mcboof'southward instructions higher up (including blocking ableton from the net, I also blocked ableton alphabetize.exe)
2. Nearly IMPORTANTLY you have to make sure your patch.exe is installed in the right folder. it has to go to Ableton\Live x Suite\Programme
Let your patch excerpt everything to this directory. Not to Live 10 Suite, otherwise it won't work. Your patch has to become to the same place as the original .exe, together with the dll files, which are in Live 10 Suite\Program

So in full you need a patch and a auth file generator/crack. if you have no patch to fix the .exe, it won't work.

Look, I would've bought it and I capeesh the 90 free days atm, but I'm a educatee and I need this for a project. thanks to corona I cannot access any of my existent life instruments then I wait for ableton to find some other way to practise sounddesign for school. sorry ableton squad. will buy when I graduate and make money.

tries to delete previous registry keys from System registry
windows primal+R to get run box and type at that place 'Regedit' go to binder 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER' and delete folder 'ableton' exercise this in 'HKEY_CURRENT_MACHINE' besides, i think volition exist in the folder SOFWARE then Uninstall Ableton and Install again and endeavor run the keygen.
